About this Policy
This Online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we handle the Personal Data provided to us on during the course of conducting business with us or through using our imbedded, standalone or other versions of our Selector range of systems, websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, and other digital services and products controlled by Pixel Image Limited and its Pixel Image-branded affiliates (“Pixel Image”) that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Pixel Image Sites”). Pixel Image is the data controller for the processing of Personal Data under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Pixel Image Sites that do not link to this Privacy Policy or to third-party websites to which the Pixel Image Sites may link.
Types of Information We Collect Online
The types of Personal Data that we may collect while you use the Pixel Image Sites are described in this section and include both information that you provide to us and information that we collect automatically when you use the Pixel Image Sites.

Pixel Image collects Personal Data that you provide on Pixel Image Sites, for example, when requesting marketing information, contacting Pixel Image customer service, or responding to Pixel Image questionnaires, User Experience testing or surveys. This could include:

- Registration information such as your username or password
- Employment, education and other background information when you inquire about employment with Pixel Image

Forward to a Friend Feature
If our referral service is available and you choose to use it to tell a friend about a Pixel Image Site, we will ask you for your friend's name and e-mail address. Your e-mail address will appear as the sender of the e-mail and we will automatically send your friend a one-time e-mail inviting him or her to visit the Pixel Image Site. Both your e-mail address and the recipient's e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose except to facilitate the sending of this one-time e-mail to your friend. Pixel Imagestores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail and tracking the success of our referral service.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under European data protection laws, Pixel Image must have a legal basis to process your Personal Data. The legal basis that applies in a particular instance will depend on the specific purposes described above for which Pixel Image is processing your Personal Data:
- In certain instances, Pixel Imagewill ask for your consent to collect and process your Personal Data. Third-Party commissioning Clients
Some Pixel Image Sites, such as our Home Selector, Kitchen Selector, Bathroom Selector, Finishes Selector, Virtual Visit and other of our ‘Selector’ Sites, collect Non-Personal Data, through the use of technologies such as Cookies. This isin order to provide third party commissioning clients with feedback on various aspects of general user engagement on our systems, statistics, analytics and to monitor and optimise their market offering. All data collected is anonymised.
We may share this anonymised,non-identifying data to other third parties for the purposes of comparison of system-user engagement, performance and statistical information on various markets.
Affiliates, Partner Companies and Suppliers
We have relationships with affiliates, partner companies and suppliers, who help us operate our business and for whom it may be necessary to have access to your Personal Data in the course of providing services to Pixel Image or in connection with fulfilling services for Pixel Image, to you.
